We are Midlife Crisis, Gordon, Campbell, Ant and Phil, and we'll be travelling with an 18 year old Volvo called Cuddles on the Bangers and Trash rally. We will travel on 21 April 2009 from Calais through France and Spain finishing in Almeria on Saturday 25th April......all being well?
Gordon and Campbell are brothers who are doing this in memory of their wee sister Norah who sadly died in October 2007 as a result of breast cancer. We miss her. Phil and Ant have given up a fair chunk of their annual holiday entitlement to do this with Gordon and Campbell in order to help raise as much money as possible for various cancer charities, in particular Cancer Research UK and the Scottish wing " Tak Tent" and the Beatson Cancer Clinic. It's got absolutely nothing to do with drinking copious amounts of beer and having a good time!
ALL OUR COSTS ARE BEING MET BY OURSELVES. ALL DONATIONS WILL GO DIRECT TO CANCER RESEARCH UK, TAK TENT AND THE BEATSON CLINIC.
